3.Can I get a catalog?

Yes, soon we will have printed catalogs. You can sign up on our Web site to be included on our mailing list. For now, it's only available online.

4.Can I get gift cards?

Yes, they are available for $25, $50 and $100.

5.How do I place an order by phone?

6.Can I get an order shipped without a credit card?

You may call 817-332-0357 and place an order. You will be asked to send a money order. The order will be shipped upon receipt of the money order.

8.What is the cost for shipping?

9.How will I know the order was received after placing it?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation.

10.What is your shipping policy?

Orders are packed in a Styrofoam-lined container with food-safe gel packs, and should arrive cool to the touch. Refrigerate until ready to use for up to three to four days, or you may freeze the product. Orders are shipped 2-day UPS.Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday.

11.Is the product safe?

Our meats are vacuum-sealed for freshness and cooled to 32 degrees. They are packed in Styrofoam-lined boxes and shipped with food-safe gel packs. You may refrigerate if used in three to four days or you can safely freeze the product.

12.Can I place a single order with multiple addresses?

You will be asked at the time of order if the product will be shipped to you or another address. The Web site makes it easy to place one order to be delivered to multiple addresses.

13.What if I receive a product I am not satisfied with?

14.How do I know how much to order?

Most barbecue meats will feed two to three persons per pound, except ribs which will feed two persons per slab.
Briskets average 5 to 6 lbs per whole brisket.
Ribs average 1 and 1/2 lbs per slab.

15.How do I heat up my barbeque order?

General Heating Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees
2. Place barbecue in a covered pan
3. Add one cup of water to pan
4. Heat for approximately 1-1/2 hours or until desired
temperature, 165 degrees
5. Whole hams may take 3 to 4 hours or until internal
temperature of 165 degrees is reached
All barbecue is fully cooked and ready to serve.
No additional cooking is necessary.
